Stuttering, the young tom looked to the ground. ''Uh. When will all the apprentices get mentors?'' Breezepaw asked, then facing his leader with a grin.
Smiling, Chestnutstar rose to his paws quickly, then shaking. ''After they get back from patrols and such.'' He assured, his brown pelt shining in the sunlight. ''Let's go on a Border patrol.'' The leader decided, peering down at Breezepaw. ''When we get back, I'll say the ceremonies.'' Chesnutstar mewed, then quickly adding, ''oh, mind getting another apprentice to come with us?'' He asked, his gaze focused on Breezepaw's blue eyes.

Antleaf padded into the medicine cat den with two mice in her jaws. She purred in delight as she saw her apprentice, "Hello, Hawkpaw. I brought you some prey to ea if you are hungry." She offered,setting down one of the mice beside him. She sat down and began to eat her mouse, taking small bites of the tender meat.

Mudpaw lazily woke up, his fur ruffled and tangled with bits of moss and...well,mud. The sticky mud was not very visible on his chocolate brown coat,but he could certainly feel it on his skin. He flickered his eyes open,only to be blinded by the morning light. Quickly, he shut them,but slowly opened them back up again to adjust to the light. He sighed, then padded out of the den and sat by the fresh kill pile to clean himself.
